Justin grew up in the small southern California town of San Marino, graduating high school there in 1998. Actively involved in music playing trumpet and athletically inclined in golf, he carried his talents to the University of La Verne. Justin played golf for three years on the university golf team, taking one year off to ensure graduation in four years. Earning a Bachelors of Science in accounting in 2002. 

Through his experiences with clients, Justin realized that there was a significant need to provide clients proper tax advice along with the financial strategies he suggested. Putting to use his extensive accounting knowledge, Justin began preparing and filing taxes for his clients in 2005. As the real estate market became an important aspect of many individuals and seeing the need for signature services. Justin became a Notary Public in 2003 and earned his real estate license in 2007.

Always looking to gain greater perspective, Justin went back to school to earn his Masters of Business Administration focusing on two emphasis; Accounting and Organizational Management & Leadership. Justin completed his MBA degree requirements in 2010 from the University of La Verne.

In addition to his financial services practice, Justin also substitute teaches at various schools in Tulare County, giving him the opportunity to assist youth in their learning. His experience working with children has given him a greater ability to understand the importance of making sure everyone has a chance to understand complex issues. In addition, Justin is also a Professor at the University of Phoenix, as well as for the University of La Verne, facilitating Accounting and Finance classes.

Currently a resident in the county of Fresno, California, Justin and his wife own 120 acres of farm land that consists of Thompson Seedless Grapes used to make raisins, as well as other rental properties. The first hand knowledge of farming and property management helps Justin understand the needs of others in similar situations in addition to being a valuable resource when thinking about investing in such ventures.

In his free time, Justin enjoys throwing the ball for his five dogs, Badger, Lykos, Congo and Everest, and his service dog Apple. Justin is always looking to get a round of golf in, finds peace gardening in his vegetable garden, and loves spending time with his wife.
